This is a photo of Distillery District in the 1900's. In the photo we can see a big building. The building looks like an institutional building. It looks looks like an institutional building because, it looks like a big factory. Beside the big building we can see another building, that building also looks like a institutional building because, that building also looks like a factory. In the photo we can see a road and a very old looking car driving on the road. To the left of the photo we can see a power line. There is no signs of open space in the photo like trees or plants.

This is a photo of Distillery District in the 2000's. Some changes has been made compared to the 1900's. The big building is still at the same place as it was in the 1900's. The building though has really changed. It is no more a institutional building, people have transformed it into a commercial building. The building has become stores, and restaurants in the lower level of the building. The whole area itself has become a commercial area. There is no more power line visible in the photo. Instead there is a lamp post to the left. There is no more road for vehicles to drive on in the photo. Instead the road has become a brick walkway. In the photo we can see people trying to merge open space like, the tree's in the left of the photo and small plants all throughout the photo.
