Union Station in the 2000's
This is a picture of Union Station in the 2000's. Lots of changes has happened compared to the 1900's. Union Station itself is still at the same spot as it was in the 1900's, but some renovations and changes can be seen. Behind Union station there is now buildings like, the CN Tower beside the CN Tower there is a financial building that can be seen. This photo shows us again that one of the things a city is built around is financial. It shows us that one of the things a city is built around is financial because, of all the financial buildings around Union Station. Beside the visible financial building, there is a small building in the distance it looks like another financial building. Both the visible building besides the CN Tower and the building in the distance might have been built high because, as cities grow bigger buildings become higher. Building might be built higher because, of advanced in technology like stronger steel and concrete. It looks like the streetcars that were used to be beside Union Station and the streetcar lines are now gone. People might have taken out the streetcar lines and the streetcar tracks to make a roadway for the cars. The roadway in the picture looks big and looks like it can fit cars coming and cars going. The power line that was beside Union Station in the 1900's are now gone. In the photo we can see a plant, the city might have put an plant to still merge open green space into the city.
